At Nail Canvas, we want every guest to enjoy a clean, calm, and comfortable environment. These simple guidelines help us maintain that experience for everyone.

A Quiet, Calm Environment

Please keep your voice at a considerate level. Phone calls, FaceTime, and video calls on speaker are not permitted inside the salon.

Children

Children are welcome as long as they can remain seated and calm. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and any damage they may cause.

Pets & Service Animals

Pets are not permitted inside the salon. Service animals are welcome as required by law.

Product Handling

Please do not apply or test nail products yourself. Our team is happy to assist you. Guests may be responsible for cleaning or replacement costs resulting from spills or damage caused by improper handling.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please let us know before your service if you have any known allergies or sensitivities to nail or beauty products.

Nail & Skin Health

For the health and safety of our guests, we may decline or modify a service if there are signs of an infection, open wound, or other condition that may make the service unsafe.

Property & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for damage to salon property, furniture, or equipment.Please keep track of your personal belongings. Nail Canvas is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

Respectful Conduct

We are committed to treating every guest and team member with respect. We may refuse or discontinue service if a guest: Uses inappropriate or aggressive language Disrespects staff or other guests Refuses to follow our Salon Guidelines

Service Refunds & Payment Disputes

Completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please let our team know before leaving the salon so we have an opportunity to address them.

If a payment dispute is initiated regarding a service that was provided and paid for as agreed, we reserve the right to provide relevant documentation and take appropriate action to protect our business, including legal action when appropriate.
