Before You Visit: Important Walk-In & Reservation Information

We are a walk-in–based salon.
We serve clients in the order they arrive, and we do not hold spots, except for a limited number of pre-scheduled appointments.
Because our system is walk-in–based, wait times may occur.
If there are walk-ins ahead of you or upcoming appointments, we may not be able to provide service immediately.
This is not because we do not want to serve you — sometimes it is simply not possible.
We cannot interrupt another client’s service.
If you prefer a specific date and time, we offer limited reservations with:
$10 non-refundable reservation fee

Pre-payment

Booking at least 24 hours in advance

Why We Do Not Answer Phone Calls
We receive a high volume of calls, and while assisting clients, we are often unable to answer the phone.
Answering calls would require stopping a service, leaving a client, and disrupting the quiet environment we maintain.
Most calls ask questions such as:
“Do you have openings right now?”

“Can I come soon?”

“How long is the wait?”

Since we operate as a walk-in–based salon, these questions cannot be answered accurately over the phone.
Texting allows us to respond clearly while continuing to focus on the clients who are already here.
We are not ignoring calls — texting helps us operate smoothly and provide the best service possible.


Service Availability & Client Conduct
There are times when we cannot take walk-ins immediately.
Some clients may become upset or raise their voice when they are not able to be taken right away.
We understand the frustration and apologize whenever we cannot provide service.
However, please understand that the reason we cannot take someone instantly is never because we do not want to.
It is simply that we cannot interrupt another client’s service.
We kindly ask that clients remain respectful and avoid insisting or arguing about why a service cannot be provided immediately.
Your understanding allows us to maintain a calm, high-quality environment, provide thoughtful, unrushed service, and continue improving for all clients.
