In-Person Arrival: We serve clients on a first-come, first-served basis for those physically present in the salon.
No Waiting List: To keep it fair for everyone, we do not maintain a written waiting list. If you leave the premises, your turn will be given to the next guest.
Understanding the Risk: Choosing a walk-in means enjoying flexibility, but it also comes with the inherent risk of wait times or unavailability.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Guaranteed Reservations
Our 1-Minute Commitment: We value your time immensely.
The $10 reservation fee is our promise to you:
we strive to ensure your service begins exactly on time, without even a minute’s delay.
* Our Operational Expense: To honor this commitment, we intentionally keep stations vacant and turn away other business at our own expense. This ensures your dedicated spot is 100% ready the moment you walk in.
Booking Requirements: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via Text message.
A $10 non-refundable fee and full pre-payment are required to secure your slot.
3. Late Policy
Respecting the Schedule: To stay on time for every guest, if you arrive late, your service will be shortened by the amount of time missed.
We must finish at the scheduled time to remain fair to the next guest.
Arrival Window: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund.
4. Communication & Environment
Focus on Quality: To provide our full attention to the client in the chair and maintain a quiet environment, we do not answer phone calls. * Fastest Service: Because our floor status changes by the minute, we cannot provide guaranteed availability via text.
Visiting the salon in person is always the most direct way to check for current openings.
