How Do Reservations Work?

Nail Canvas is a walk-in–based salon with limited reservations. Reservations are available for guests who prefer to secure a specific date and time.

How Do I Request a Reservation?

Please text us with your full name, requested service, preferred date and time, and any additional service details. Reservations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are not available.

We’ll check availability and contact you to discuss the available options. Once the date and time are agreed upon, we’ll send you an invoice.

We respond to reservation requests during our regular business hours. Messages received outside of business hours or on Mondays, when the salon is closed, will be reviewed when we reopen.

When Is My Reservation Confirmed?

Once your date and time have been confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice for the service and applicable reservation fee. Your reservation is confirmed only after the invoice has been paid in full.

An unpaid invoice does not hold your appointment time.

What Is the $10 Reservation Fee?

A $10 Reservation Fee is required for each reservation. This fee is separate from your service price and is not applied toward your service or tip.

The fee is required because we reserve your requested time specifically for you. Because this time is held exclusively for your reservation, the Reservation Fee is non-refundable.

What Happens If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

What Happens If I’m Late for My Reservation?

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to keep your appointment within the time reserved for you. We need to stay on schedule for the guests who are waiting for their appointments.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, depending on the circumstances.

What Happens If I Don’t Show Up for My Reservation?

If you’re unable to make it to your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another guest.

Please note that notifying us does not waive our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, as outlined above.

A reservation missed without notice is considered a no-show and will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
